1. Product Return and Extended Testing Period

1.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product retains its consumer properties and original packaging.

1.2 Extended Testing Period (90 Days)
We provide an extended return option within 90 (ninety) calendar days.

  • Full Refund Condition: The product is eligible for a full refund only if it is returned in perfect commercial condition, with no signs of wear exceeding standard evaluation use, and without any mechanical damage.
  • Mechanical Damage: Any signs of external impact, including but not limited to deformation of the корпус, dents, chips, deep scratches, or impact marks, are the responsibility of the Buyer.
  • Refusal of Refund: If the product is returned with the above-mentioned damages, the Seller reserves the right to refuse a full refund, as the product is considered to have lost its commercial (resale) value and is unsuitable for resale.
  • Shipping Costs: All return shipping costs during this period are borne by the Buyer.

2. Warranty Obligations and Service Level Agreement (SLA)

2.1 Limited Warranty (1 Year)
The product is covered by a commercial warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery.

  • Scope of Coverage: The warranty applies exclusively to hidden manufacturing defects and software malfunctions.
  • Warranty Void Conditions: Any visible mechanical damage or deformation of the sensor корпус is considered evidence of improper use and results in automatic voiding of the warranty. Free warranty service is not provided for products showing signs of external physical impact.

2.2 Technical Support SLA
Claims are processed in accordance with the following timelines:

  1. Initial response: within 24 business hours
  2. Technical assessment: remote analysis of device data and system logs — within 3 business days
  3. Fulfillment: if a warranty case is confirmed (and no mechanical damage is detected), repair or shipment of a replacement component is carried out within 5 business days

2.3 Special Conditions (Ex-gratia)
After the expiration of the 90-day testing period, cases involving damaged equipment may be reviewed individually by the Company.

Any decision to provide discounts on replacement of damaged components is made as a voluntary goodwill gesture (ex-gratia) and does not create any further legal obligations for the Company.
