Connect 2026 & Unbound 2026
Haras di Saragua, Grilly, France
Hosted by Francesca Hazan
GRILLY / FRANCE — On 17th October 2026, Haras di Saragua served as the backdrop for Connect 2026 and Unbound 2026, a landmark two-part equine welfare gathering organised by founder Francesca Hazan.
Set within her state-of-the-art equestrian estate in Grilly, just minutes outside Geneva, the venue makes an immediate and striking impression. With its exquisite architecture, immaculate stables, and meticulous attention to detail, it is instantly clear that horse welfare and exceptional care sit at the heart of everything at Haras di Saragua.
Connect 2026
The daytime program, Connect 2026, brought together horse owners, riders, and equine professionals around a core theme: “What happens when we connect the dots?”
The arena played host to a curated collective of pioneering exhibitors and live demonstrations—featuring advancements in modern shoeing technologies, ergonomic saddle designs, and next-generation physiotherapy treatments.
As part of the live showcase, the HorseCare team was invited to conduct a live telemetry and movement analysis on stage using Francesca Hazan’s own horse. The demonstration illustrated how objective stride data captures subtle, early variations in gait and landing impact, giving riders, trainers, and veterinarians actionable insights to protect structural health over time.
Unbound 2026
As night fell, selected attendees transitioned into Unbound 2026, an exclusive, invite-only session designed around the prompt: “What if nothing stood in our way?” Set against a backdrop of live jazz, a cocktail dinner, and curated dining, the session created an intimate environment for deep industry exchange.
The centrepiece of Unbound 2026 was a multidisciplinary round-table discussion bringing together leading equine surgeons, top veterinarians, elite sports trainers, and invited industry contributors. Built around the belief that “Everything interacts — different perspectives, one athlete, one common goal,” the panel heard from a range of specialists across disciplines. HorseCare was privileged to contribute to the wider conversation on how objective movement telemetry can complement traditional clinical judgment and daily horsemanship to challenge established thinking and elevate horse care.
A Shared Commitment to Equine Welfare
Across both Connect 2026 and Unbound 2026, every participating brand and professional shared a single, unwavering goal: championing better practices and raising the standard of horse welfare across the industry.
The HorseCare team extends its deepest gratitude to Francesca Hazan and the entire team at Haras di Saragua for the invitation and the privilege of sharing our work within such an exceptional community. We look forward to returning for Connect and Unbound 2027!
