We are glad you chose our system to monitor and analyse your horse’s movement. Below is a brief guide to help you get started.

📱 Step 1. Install the HorseCare application

To connect the sensors and record training sessions, install the app:

Once installed, open the application, scan the QR code on each sensor, and link them to your account.

🔧 Step 2. Attach the sensors before training

Before each training session, position the sensors as follows:

  • 4 sensors on the legs, above the fetlock joint
  • 1 sensor on the saddle pad, under the saddle

⚠️ Please note: Once connected, the indicator light will begin blinking, confirming that the sensors are working correctly.

▶️ Step 3. Record the training session

Before training: open the application and press Start.
After training: press Stop, then upload the data to the system.

⚠️ Important: starting and stopping each training session is done manually.

📊 Step 4. Review the results

After uploading the data, the system will process and analyse it. You will be able to view:

  • basic metrics in the mobile application
  • advanced analytics in the web dashboard

🧠 Step 5. System learning phase

To provide accurate analysis, the system first needs to learn your horse’s individual movement pattern.

  • Approximately 11 to 20 training sessions are required to establish a baseline.
  • Analysis accuracy improves progressively as more sessions are recorded.
  • Once the learning phase is complete, full movement analysis will be available both in the application and in your web account: https://account.horsecare.si/login
